We offer custom cut of high density Polyurethane Foam cut to the size that you need. We can cut to various shapes, cuts and sizes, bolsters, pattern cuts and combinations.

 

Our foams buns comes in approximately 82"x96". Any bigger size will have to be glued together. Glued joints are joined together to never come undone.

We also offer Dacron or Batting wrap services. We recommended having your cushions dacron wrapped for the following benefits...

 

  • Dacron rounds out the edges and fills the cushion cover for a more even and rounded appearance.

  • Dacron helps the foam cushions slide into a fabric cover.

  • Dacron will help foam last longer.

 

Dacrons can be wrapped in the following styles... Book Wrap, Full Wrap, Top & Bottom Wrap, Top & Sides Wrap.
